Saturday 24th June – at Warsash Wasps, afternoon tournament

Saturday 1st July – at Whiteley, afternoon tournament

Club Presentation Night

Our club presentation evening will be held on Saturday 27th May, 7:30pm at Eastleigh Football Club, it is intended that we have a disco this year. We have sponsorship for this evening and the club would like to put a planning committee together to organise this evening, they have asked for two parents from each team to form the committee. Viv has kindly agreed to be one of the parents, if anyone else is willing to help please let me know by tomorrow evening as I have to attend a club committee meeting on Monday 6th March.

Next Years Club Committee

As I have already told most of you, Colin Peters (Chairman) and his wife Sharon (Secretary) will be stepping down from their roles after the presentation night, they have both worked tirelessly for the club since it was formed and have carried on for the last three years, despite their son not even playing for the club over that period. They both played major roles in this club achieving FA Charter Standard, a great achievement for a club of this size and age group. I would like to thank Colin and Sharon for the great work that they have done. We now have the task of finding replacements for them and possibly for the position of treasurer. If any parents feel they can fill these positions, please let me know. Next year the club will possibly have an Under 18’s, us at Under 13’s, possibly an Under 12’s, an Under 11’s and two Under 10’s teams. Colin and Sharon have said they will not just walk away but are prepared to help the new people settle into the roles.

Thanks to everyone for your support and commitment so far this season, lets hope we can finish on a high and do well in the Six A Sides again!!
